Made to Order Terms and Conditions for Aesthetic Laundry
Our Made to Order products are crafted just for you, which makes it really important that you read the information below. As always, you'll have 48 hours to make any changes to your order before we cut and allocate the fabric.
Ordering Windows
Our ordering windows can fill up fast! To ensure fairness, we offer a new window every Thursday until the start of December. Each window is limited by what we can make each week, and orders are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
Occasionally, you might get to the checkout only to find that we've reached our weekly capacity. If that happens, you'll have the opportunity to order in the next available window.
Please note, fabric availability is also limited, and we can't guarantee that specific fabrics will be available each week.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You have until Sunday, 7am after placing your order to make any changes, whether it’s adjusting sizes or even cancelling your order. Once we're confident in your choice, we'll get started on making your item!
No need to confirm with us—you'll receive a cutting confirmation email by the following Tuesday.
No Exchanges or Refunds
Due to the custom nature of made-to-order items, we're unable to offer exchanges or refunds, as we’ll be purchasing and cutting fabric specifically for your order. However, we've built in a 48-hour window after you place your order to accommodate any last-minute changes.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Shipping and Delivery
Our target dispatch time is 7-10 days from when you receive your cutting confirmation email (Tuesday). We'll do our best to get it to you sooner, but generally, expect up to 14 working days from the time you place your order.
Dispatch times can vary based on several factors, such as when you placed your order, fabric availability, and whether we need to source additional fabric from suppliers. The style and color of the garment may also impact the final dispatch date.
For orders of more than two items, it may take a little longer to complete your order.
Unexpected Hiccups
Sometimes, unexpected things happen. If we're unable to complete your order due to issues like fabric supply problems or if Ausra isn't available (life happens!), we may not have the time needed to fix these issues within the current window.
If this occurs, we'll promptly issue you a refund and make sure you get priority in the next ordering window.
